By accessing or using TikslyLink services, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below. Please read them carefully.
TikslyLink provides white-label link building, digital PR, and SEO consulting services. Scope, deliverables, and timelines are defined in your individual order or proposal.
All campaigns are billed monthly in advance unless otherwise agreed. Payments are non-refundable once outreach has begun, except where guaranteed deliverables are not met.
We replace any link that does not meet the agreed DR, traffic, or relevance metrics within 30 days, free of charge. We do not guarantee specific ranking positions, as search engines control final placement.
You agree to provide accurate target URLs, anchor texts, and brand guidelines. Delays caused by missing client information may extend campaign timelines.
Both parties agree to keep campaign details, prospect lists, and proprietary methodology confidential.
Either party may terminate ongoing retainers with 7 days written notice. Work already in progress will be completed and billed accordingly.
TikslyLink is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
